As I was writing my comic series, I have been thinking about a villain will become a massive threat to Dasher as it plans to destroy the earth called Killswarm. I have done some research on some examples of swarms that will help me develop this character.
This image I found will help me understand how dark the character should be for the comic series. This image shows a swarm of insects in the background with what looks like a queen leading the swarm. Ultimately, I think this image will serve me well for when I do generate how dark the villain will be.
The art work of this insect will help me think about the design of the swarms that make up Killswarm.
I have also been looking up on what the eyes should be like for Killswarm. The villain will be an alien organism with a monstrous look, and I want to try to build the look of the monsters eyes for when he’s introduced for issue 3 of Dasher.
